Change Management / Quality Control Analyst

The Change Management / Quality Control Analyst is responsible for supporting change implementation and quality control within our Home Loans Servicing operations. This role focuses on executing process updates, reviewing loan activities for accuracy, and helping maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The analyst will help evaluate changes to policies, procedures, systems, and workflows to ensure they are effectively communicated, implemented, and sustained across the organization. In parallel, the role is responsible for performing quality control reviews, analyzing performance trends, identifying root causes of defects or inconsistencies, and recommending corrective actions to improve operational accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

What you’ll bring to the role:

-Experience reviewing operational processes and performing quality control or audit reviews.
-Ability to identify defects, analyze trends, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
-Experience interpreting policies, procedures, and business requirements and translating them into operational processes.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate process changes effectively.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
-Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence, compliance, and risk mitigation.
