Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and prioritization of competing demands.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and responsive communication.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and expense reporting.
- Manage meeting logistics, agendas, presentation materials, and follow-up action items.
- Support leadership with project coordination, reporting, special initiatives, and strategic administrative tasks.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion while managing sensitive business, client, and personnel information.
- Help improve administrative processes, workflows, and systems that enhance executive and organizational efficiency.
- Coordinate team events, leadership meetings, offsites, and other firm-sponsored activities.
- Assist with administrative support for additional leaders and firm initiatives as needed.
Education & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience supporting C-suite, executive, or senior leadership teams.

Experience managing complex calendars, executive travel, and confidential communications.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
- Experience coordinating projects, meetings, and cross-functional initiatives.

Professional services, accounting, consulting, or corporate executive support experience preferred.

Ability to quickly learn firm-specific systems, software, and reporting platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with executives, clients, and employees.
