Key responsibilities in your new role
The Employee Mobility Team supports different types of mobility for Infineon employees, including international assignments, business trips, relocations, and remote work from abroad. It is a highly organized team focused on ensuring smooth and compliant mobility processes.
- Assignments Support: Support the entire assignment lifecycle, including completing initiation workflows, creating requests in the ticketing tool, and preparing assignment-related documentation
- Compliance & Risk Management: Support risk mitigation related to compliance topics such as the Posted Workers Directive, Social Security, Immigration, and Personal Income Tax for international business travel
- Reporting: Support with the preparation of reports
- Knowledge Management: Maintain internal procedures, guidelines, and knowledge repository content up to date; Inform the team about updates and support the creation, upload, and review of knowledge articles
- Continuous Enhancement: Provide feedback on improvements, gaps, and required changes in administrative processes to support ongoing optimization
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You have a proactive mindset and strong communication skills. You can prioritize tasks and remain engaged when handling administrative processes.
- Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, Languages, or a similar field
- Working Style: Detail-oriented, with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. SAP and ServiceNow knowledge are a plus
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (mandatory). German is a plus
