Description
Como Tecnico de pintura, serás responsable de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento y control de los sistemas de recubrimiento dentro de las instalaciones del cliente. Tu función será monitorear, medir y ajustar los parámetros operativos de los productos y equipos para asegurar la calidad del proceso, la continuidad de la producción y el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad y calidad establecidos.
Serás un elemento clave en el abastecimiento, control y seguimiento de los materiales utilizados en la operación, contribuyendo directamente a la eficiencia de los procesos productivos y a la satisfacción del cliente.
Reportaras a Site Manager.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Garantizar la disponibilidad y reposición oportuna de materiales para asegurar la continuidad de la producción.
- Monitorear y controlar inventarios, consumos y registros de entradas y salidas de materiales.
- Mantener el orden, identificación, almacenamiento y manejo seguro de materiales y productos.
- Medir, registrar y controlar parámetros críticos de operación, realizando los ajustes necesarios para cumplir especificaciones.
- Detectar, documentar y dar seguimiento a desviaciones o anomalías operativas.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad de los recubrimientos y procesos productivos.
- Operar, supervisar e inspeccionar equipos de proceso, apoyando actividades de mantenimiento cuando se requiera.
- Recibir, verificar y movilizar materias primas y productos terminados conforme a los procedimientos establecidos.
- Cumplir y promover las políticas de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente (EHS), identificando riesgos y participando en acciones preventivas.
- Impulsar la mejora continua mediante el cumplimiento de 5S, la participación en auditorías y la optimización de calidad, productividad y reducción de desperdicios.
Requisitos
- Preparatoria terminada o carrera técnica concluida, preferentemente con experiencia en manufactura, producción o procesos industriales.
- Conocimientos en control de procesos y manejo de materiales químicos o recubrimientos (deseable).
- Manejo básico de herramientas informáticas y Microsoft Office (Excel, Word y Outlook).
- Capacidad para realizar mediciones, análisis y resolución de problemas, siguiendo procedimientos estandarizados con enfoque en la calidad.
- Habilidades de trabajo en equipo, comunicación efectiva y disponibilidad para rolar turnos; experiencia o certificación en operación de montacargas es un plus.
