Service Account Manager SupportJob Description
Services Account Manager Support:
Support the growth and retention of Philips Services business by managing customer relationships, coordinating contract and renewal activities, and ensuring accurate sales pipeline and forecasting processes.
Your role:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners, helping drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth across the Services portfolio.
Support the execution of sales plans focused on Multivendor Agreements, Warranty Conversions, Contract Renewals, upgrades, and win-back opportunities while ensuring accurate opportunity management in CRM.
Collaborate with account managers, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives and customer needs.
Analyze large volumes of partner and commercial data, provide market and competitive insights, and contribute to accurate forecasting and sales planning through effective lead and opportunity management.
Ensure operational excellence by maintaining data quality, following Philips processes and quality standards, and continuously developing commercial and professional skills within the Services organization.
You're the right fit if:
You have a High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales, Business Development, Service Delivery Management, or a related area with Vocational Education, or no prior experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
You have strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage large datasets, contracts, quotations, follow-ups, and customer-related activities accurately.
You have a commercial mindset and are comfortable supporting sales activities, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth.
You are able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, and can collaborate with international stakeholders on a daily basis.
