Overview:
Centralus Health is seeking a creative, driven Marketing Specialist to bring our brand to life across digital channels, social media, video, photography, and events. This role is ideal for a versatile marketer who enjoys blending strategy with creativity and is excited to tell meaningful stories that connect with our communities.
As part of our award‑winning Marketing and Communications team, you'll collaborate with clinical service lines, support departments, multi‑disciplinary physician practices, integrated provider networks, and six hospital foundations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Communication, this role offers opportunities to grow your skills and advance your career within a dynamic healthcare organization.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with department leadership and internal stakeholders to shape project scope and translate organizational priorities into impactful marketing initiatives
- Develop, publish, and maintain web content to ensure accuracy, consistency, engagement, and alignment with organizational goals and brand standards
- Develop digital marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and business growth
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage social media platforms by creating content, engaging audiences, monitoring performance, and strengthening brand presence across channels
- Support search optimization initiatives to improve website visibility, traffic, and user engagement
- Support events that enhance community participation and visibility
- Develop brand consistent content for various channels including but not limited to web, promotional materials, videos, photography, tradeshows, presentations, brochures, graphics, posters, product information sheets, etc. to achieve identified business goals
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Communications teammates to track projects, manage workflows, and bring ideas from concept to execution
- Work with external writers, designers, and agencies as needed
- Stay ahead of trends and proactively identify timely opportunities to elevate Centralus Health's voice, brand, and reach
What You'll Bring:
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, a related field, or commensurate experience
- Hands‑on experience with content management systems such as WordPress
- Proficiency in website analytics tools and search optimization platforms
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance analytics
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter), and how to tailor content for each
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with an eye for clarity, consistency, and audience engagement
- Solid project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a dynamic or multi‑channel environment
- Experience maintaining accurate business listings and monitoring online reviews to support brand reputation
- Experience with email marketing campaigns that engage target audiences and support organizational objectives
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and best practices, including HIPAA considerations for digital communications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to turn ideas into polished, on‑brand visuals
- Interest and experience in health equity, population health, social health determinants, and community partnerships
- Photo and video production experience, including capturing, editing, and producing visual content for digital and promotional use
- Event experience, including planning, coordinating, and supporting marketing or community‑focused events
