Job Description:

Join the AriensCo customer service team in Brillion, WI, and be at the center of delivering an exceptional customer experience! In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for our customers and dealers, helping resolve inquiries, process orders, and provide timely support using a variety of systems and tools. Your commitment to accuracy, responsiveness, and service excellence will help build strong relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure every interaction reflects the quality and reputation of the AriensCo brand.

THE DAY TO DAY...

  • Respond to customer and dealer inquiries through phone, email, and other support systems

  • Process transactions including orders, returns, credits, and service requests.

  • Follow established, workflows, and standard operating procedures

  • Independently resolve customer concerns and inquiries by leveraging process knowledge, available resources, and sound judgment

  • Think creatively and proactively to identify solutions that meet customer needs while supporting business objectives

  • Document customer interactions accurately and completely

  • Work within defined processes while recognizing when escalation is appropriate

  • Perform product and parts lookups across multiple platforms, including Parts Smart and PDF resources

  • Manage Return Authorizations (RA) and related processes

  • Participate in program meetings and support routing instructions

  • Handle promotional orders and program-related requests

  • Process invoices for parts dealers and internal accounts

  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and opportunities to improve the customer experience

  • Perform other duties as assigned

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

  • Post-secondary education or Associate's degree preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience

  • Ability to use CRM systems and customer support technologies

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to think creatively and make sound decisions in unique or complex customer situations

  • Proficiency in computer usage, data entry, and typing

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods

  • Capable of navigating multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
