Johnson & Johnson Global Services is recruiting for an EMEA Deliver Manager Osprey based in Diegem, Belgium.
As part of Project Osprey, i.e. the planned separation of the DPS business from J&J, we are searching for an EMEA Deliver Manager Osprey based in Diegem, Belgium. This is a project role expected to last 18-24 months.
Key Responsibilities
Support Supply Chain Deliver day-to-day operations during transformation
Act as the key subject matter expert for the Osprey project, supporting project-related requests across all EMEA Deliver groups.
Support management reporting needs and implement finance changes resulting from regional transformation activities.
Coordinate project inputs into regional FP&A cycles, ensuring alignment, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Lead Osprey LES and Operations separation for Deliver EMEA Finance
Triage and centrally manage project information requests and audit requests for the EMEA Deliver scope.
Partner with the Osprey EMEA BUF team and Deliver Global Project teams to align project plans and resolve interdependencies.
Partner with Supply Chain leadership to assess transition impacts, business cases, and Capital Appropriation Requests for Supply Chain and network model changes.
Lead the transition of EMEA Deliver finance processes to DPS, ensuring continuity, control, and stakeholder alignment.
Oversee the evolution of finance tools, systems, and interim support models for 2026, including Company-in-Company and Day 1 readiness activities.
Experience and Skills
Education
Degree-level qualification preferred.
Fully qualified accountant or equivalent qualification preferred, such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, Master’s degree, or equivalent, with relevant post-qualification experience.
Desired Experience
Broad FP&A experience preferred; prior Commercial or Operating Company experience is an advantage.
Experience working in a regional or global organization with complex and interdependent business relationships.
Strong understanding of CFIN and AFO reporting is a plus.
Strong experience working with large data sets and Microsoft Excel, with curiosity and willingness to continue building technical capability.
Proven track record of driving operational improvements across a complex business environment.
Familiarity with Johnson & Johnson, MedTech/ Depuy Synthes business processes, and related systems is desirable.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€79,800.00 - €137,770.00
