Job Details:
A Greenskeeper is responsible for performing daily maintenance on the golf course and surrounding grounds. Under supervision, this role supports high-quality playing conditions through routine turf care, landscaping, bunker maintenance, course setup, and safe equipment operation.
Essential job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Operates mowing equipment: mows greens, approaches, tees, fairways and rough.
- Performs bunker maintenance: rakes and moves sand, edges, and pulls weeds.
- Ensures that landscape and other golf course features are maintained and edged.
- Performs golf course set up; cup cutting, tee cleanup, divot filling as well as trash and debris removal.
Job Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Early Morning and Weekend Availability.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
- Able to effectively and safely operate tools and machinery.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous golf course, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
This is a full-time position with the opportunity for overtime as needed.
