For our group company, Bernard Rothfos Intercafé AG, we are looking for a Human Resources Specialist (part-time) (f/m/d).
The position will be based in Zug and reports directly to the CEO.
Your responsibilities
- Developing an HR department, focusing on fostering a positive workplace culture
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company´s objective and culture
- Cooperation with the Holding and role out of groupwide HR initiatives
- Create and refine HR policies and procedures along the employee lifecycle, e.g. onboarding, employee recognition, Learning & development
- Ensuring data accuracy in our HRIS Workday
- Manage HR Administration and maintain compliance with laws and group regulations
Your profile
- Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in HR roles and knowledge of HR practices and local employment law, and the ability to innovate HR processes
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills
- Showing a high agility and flexibility combined with a hands-on attitude
- Strong problem-solving and decision making abilities
