Employee Experience Representative

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields. 

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. 

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Excel, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud. 

 

Job Description: 

The Employee Experience Representative plays a key role in shaping and enhancing the employee experience through the development and execution of strategic engagement of culture, wellness, onboarding, learning and development, and communication initiatives. Under the direction of and in partnership with the HR L&D Manager, this role will design impactful campaigns that strengthen employee connection, foster an inclusive culture, and drive engagement across the organization. 

The ideal candidate is a creative and highly organized professional with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong project management capabilities, and a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences. They must demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and flexibility in the execution of training, events, and engagement programs while supporting in the development of communication strategies that resonate with diverse employee audiences. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Talent Development: 

• Partner with HR L&D Manager to develop and execute strategic talent development initiatives that are aligned with organizational goals and culture priorities. 

• Support with end-to-end execution, including planning, communications, timelines, stakeholder coordination, in-training activities, and post-training evaluation. 

• Support with the end-to-end execution of staple initiatives like onboarding, performance management, and compliance-based education. 

Communications & Employee Experience: 

• Write and distribute employee-facing communications that drive awareness, participation and engagement through newsletters, announcements, campaign materials, leadership messages, and other digital platforms. 

• Ensure consistent and engaging communication across multiple channels, including email, intranet, collaboration platforms, and digital displays. 

• Maintain communication calendars and coordinate messaging with key HR, business, and leadership initiatives. 

Culture, Wellness & Employee Programs: 

• Support the development and implementation of initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee belonging. 

• Coordinate and execute employee events, wellness programs, recognition activities, town halls, and culture-building experiences like Women in Leadership or the GTLF4Good volunteer program. 

• Partner with cross-functional teams to create meaningful touchpoints throughout the employee lifecycle like onboarding, service milestones, and employee recognition. 

• Evaluate campaign and event effectiveness through employee feedback, participation metrics, and engagement data, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Strong written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to create compelling, audience-focused communications, act as a strong storyteller, and translate ideas into engaging messages 

• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. 

• Strong project management, organizational, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, handle tasks with attention to detail, and maintain high levels of ownership and discretion with confidential information. 

• Experience collaborating and building relationships with stakeholders across various levels of the organization. 

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and remain data-informed. 

• Creative, strategic, and highly execution-focused mindset, with a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences and engagement initiatives, campaigns, and events. 

• Adaptable, collaborative nature, energized by working in a fast-paced environment and committed to continuous improvement.

Job Details: 

• Location: Vernon, CA 

• Employment Type: Full Time, Exempt 

• Schedule: Monday through Friday 

• Work Attire: Use good judgment, keeping in mind the nature of their work, their safety and the safety of others, and their need to interact with the public. 

• Pay Range: $27.00/hr. - $30.00/hr.
