Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Control Manager to join our team! In this role, you will lead program resource management, financial planning and analysis, subcontractor funding, compliance reporting, and business development support while guiding Program Control Analyst staff and partnering with customers and functional teams

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support business development efforts by providing input for proposals and participating in presentations, as required.  
• Support of pricing and proposal activities
• Assistance with contract negotiations
• Program resource management, including cost estimation, allocation, tracking, and analysis
• Subcontractor invoicing and funding
• Estimate-at-Complete (EAC) preparation and review
• Management and development of Program Control Analyst (PCA) staff
• Preparation and presentation of financial data to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecasts
• Compliance and financial reporting

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of industry related experience in finance, accounting or program control
• Working knowledge of government Cost Accounting Standards, and the FAR
• Prior experience with government program budgeting and forecasting, as well as Annual Operating Plan development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and SAP (or similar)
• Prior experience preparing and presenting financial analysis to team and/or management.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Current US Government Secret security clearance

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• MBA or CPA certification
• Experience with Earned Value Management
• Understanding of DOD contracts,
• Previous experience managing/supervising a program, project, or personnel. This may be a lead position on a team.
• Experience with Unanet, Costpoint, and Salesforce.
• Current US Governement Top Secret security Clearance

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
