diverse client engagements. The team partners closely with third-party agencies and cross-

functional stakeholders to drive successful project delivery and meet evolving business

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can independently lead multiple

technology projects, coordinate technical teams, and serve as a confident bridge between

engineers and non-technical clients.

This is a highly autonomous role. The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership,

make decisions, and drive projects forward without requiring extensive direction or

handholding. You will work closely with technical teams and clients in the US, ensuring that

scope, requirements, timelines, budgets, and delivery expectations remain clearly understood

and aligned.

Because this is an agency environment, you may work across multiple projects with varying

timelines and priorities rather than managing one long-term product or project. The ability to

quickly adapt, manage competing priorities, and confidently navigate changing client

requirements are essential.

 

What you’ll do

• Own and manage multiple technology projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects remain aligned with agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

• Serve as the primary coordination point between technical teams and non-technical clients, translating technical information into clear and actionable communication.

• Communicate confidently with US-based clients, including the ability to clearly explain project status, manage expectations, and address challenges.

• Defend project scope and delivery expectations when necessary, confidently addressing scope changes, competing priorities, and client requests.

• Provide clear direction and support to technical teams while ensuring engineers have the requirements and context needed to execute effectively.

• Gather and clarify client requirements and work with the Technology Director to define and establish requirements for engineering teams.

• Support product-related activities within projects, including requirements gatheringand translating business needs into actionable requirements for engineers.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple engagements.

• Proactively identify issues and blockers and determine appropriate solutions without relying heavily on senior leadership for day-to-day direction.

• Coordinate project activities across engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to maintain momentum and accountability.

• Adapt quickly to different technologies, project environments, and client requirements.

• Maintain clear project documentation, status updates, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, IT Project Manager, or similar technology-focused project management role.

• Experience managing technology projects involving software, web, mobile applications, or other technical environments.

• Strong professional maturity and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrated ownership and self-sufficiency in managing projects, resolving issues,and driving work forward.

• Strong communication skills, particularly when working with clients and technical
  Teams.

• Confidence communicating with US-based clients and the ability to remain firm and professional when defending project scope, timelines, or delivery expectations.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience coordinating and managing technical teams, including the ability to understand technical discussions and work effectively with engineers.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Ability to learn new technologies and project environments quickly.

● Experience working in a digital, technology, or creative agency environment.
● Experience managing multiple projects with relatively short delivery cycles.
● Exposure to web development, mobile applications, or other technology stacks.
● Experience contributing to requirements gathering or product management activities.
● Experience working with distributed or international teams.
Work Environment
● This is an individual contributor role with a high degree of autonomy, working directly
with the Technology Director.
● The role is expected to operate during a local night shift aligned with New York/US
time.
● The role will work closely with technical teams and US-based clients in a remote
environment.
