GENERAL FUNCTION:
Performs business support, and analytical related duties for manager(s) and staff. This position acts as a liaison among the LOB leader, the product team, internal and external partners related to the operational and administrative duties for Commercial transactions; provides deal execution support for newly issued securities, interfacing with internal deal teams and other internal stakeholders. Handles all back-end execution, deal communication, and administration, allowing deal teams to focus exclusively on front-facing deal sourcing and client relations.

Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the end-to-end documentation process and maintain active trackers (Excel) for all deal pipelines and communications.
- Handle all administrative, logistical and regulatory day-to-day workflow correspondence with accuracy and speed, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Resolve logistical bottlenecks, process delays, and compliance issues swiftly.
- Coordinate back-office deal lifecycle including tracking of newly issued securities, processing of initial and final settlement and accounting.
- Maintain compliance with approval policies.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including internal deal teams, syndicate, and other operations group to ensure proper deal approval, timely execution and accurate reporting.
- Conduct call-back verifications for syndicate members and coordinate approval workflows for internal deal teams.
- Liaise with syndicate banks to confirm fee allocations, expenses, and receivables or payables. Coordinate deal-related wires with syndicate banks and accounting and resolve discrepancies.
- Partner with accounting on daily reporting, reserve requirements.
- Assist with internal reporting functions, expense tracking and submission and deal maintenance and set-up in the internal client customer relationship management system.
- Perform special projects as assigned.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
- 2+ years Financial Services experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and effective communication to help manage high-volume transactions and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability to prioritize high-volume tasks and track multiple moving parts.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Familiarity with capital markets, deal origination workflows, high volume transaction settlements, regulatory compliance tools and Bloomberg is a plus.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate knowledge of Outlook and Excel spreadsheet software. Proficient with technology and ability to learn new applications.

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
