Main Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and monitor vessel berthing, loading, and unloading operations to ensure activities are carried out safely and efficiently

2. Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation related to vessel and cargo handling activities

3. Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, port stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of port operations

4. Monitor operational progress and promptly resolve issues to minimize delays and maintain service quality

5. Ensure all operational activities comply with company procedures and applicable port regulations

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1), any major

2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in stevedoring, port operations, shipping, or logistics

3. Understanding of cargo handling and vessel operations

4. Good coordination and communication skills

5. Familiar with port operational documentation and reporting

6. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
