Intern, Country Site Activation
Location: Portugal
Duration: 3 Months
Hours: 35 hours per week
Overview
The Country Site Activation Intern will support clinical trial start-up activities by assisting with regulatory, contractual, and document management processes. This role offers valuable exposure to the clinical research environment and site activation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation and processing of contract addendums.
Assist with regulatory submissions to relevant authorities and ethics committees.
Prepare and track regulatory notifications.
Support implementation and tracking of regulatory submissions and approvals.
Conduct Trial Master File (TMF) reviews to ensure completeness and compliance.
Maintain and update clinical trial systems and databases.
Assist with administrative and operational site activation activities as required.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
