Location: Fully Remote (LATAM)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Time Zone Alignment: Central Time (CT) / Eastern Time (EST)
🧭 About Inallmedia.com
Inallmedia.com is a global technology and design firm focused on building impactful digital solutions through remote, distributed teams across LATAM. We partner with international clients across industries, providing long-term technical expertise, product innovation, and team augmentation.
🚀 Project Overview
You will join a specialized Identity & Authentication design team focused on end-to-end user account management and security experiences across multi-sided consumer and enterprise platforms. In this role, you will audit existing account entry points, consolidate security settings, and design seamless sign-up/sign-in experiences using an established enterprise design system. You will partner closely with senior designers and engineering teams to transform complex authentication routing logic into intuitive, accessible, and frictionless user flows.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Design Delivery: Own the complete product design cycle (problem framing, user flows, wireframes, rapid MVP explorations, interactive prototypes, and production-ready designs) for account management and security features across web and mobile web platforms.
- Cross-Flow Systems & Audit Mapping: Conduct current-state audits and map user flows across entry points, routing logic, sign-up/sign-in flows, and account settings to identify and fix UX inconsistencies.
- Complex Multi-Path & Edge Case Design: Design complex, branching user flows tailored to varied account conditions, ensuring comprehensive coverage of error, recovery, empty, loading, and edge states.
- Engineering Specs & Handoff: Produce detailed, production-ready engineering handoff documentation (design redlines, state specifications, interaction guidelines) and participate in technical scoping and refinement directly with engineers.
- Design System Stewardship: Utilize, apply, and responsibly extend enterprise-scale design systems (Figma) to maintain design consistency across all digital surfaces.
- UX Quality Assurance & Testing: Conduct lightweight usability validation, draft interface copy in alignment with content standards, and perform design QA throughout implementation and launch.
💡 Must-Have Skills
- Portfolio Requirement: Mandatory portfolio submission demonstrating shipped, engineering-implemented product software, complex multi-path flows, and strong visual/interaction craft.
- Experience & Seniority: 3–5 years of dedicated UX/UI product design experience shipping production software in close partnership with Product Managers and Software Engineers.
- Design Tooling & Systems: Mastery of Figma, interactive prototyping skills, and extensive experience working within an established enterprise-scale design system.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to reason about complex technical flows directly with engineers—specifically authentication mechanics, session states, routing logic, and system dependencies.
- UX Craft & Edge-Case Handling: Proven strength in systems thinking, handling error/recovery states, accessible UI design, and producing comprehensive engineering handoff specs.
- Collaboration Tooling: Familiarity with standard team collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence, or Slack.
- Identity & Security Domain: Specialized experience designing authentication, identity verification, account security, sign-in/sign-up, or trust-related user flows.
- Data-Informed Design & Research: Experience using product metrics, experimentation (A/B testing), and lightweight usability testing to iterate on designs.
- Accessibility & Global Standards: Experience designing for international audiences or regulated industry compliance standards.
- AI-Assisted Design Workflows: Experience utilizing AI tools to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, user research synthesis, or spec documentation.
- Contractor Adaptability: Track record of ramping up quickly into complex product domains and operating autonomously on defined initiatives.
🌐 Time Zone & Collaboration The role requires collaboration with teams aligned to Central Time (CT) and Eastern Time (EST). Flexibility to overlap with North America business hours is required in this remote-first setup.
💬 Language All interviews, documentation, and daily communication will be in English.
