VP, Product Management

Your Opportunity:

Tenable is looking for a VP of Product Management to lead our Identity Security and AI Security product teams and shape how Tenable One addresses the emergence of agentic risk across the entire platform. This is a highly strategic, high-visibility role: the direction you set will extend well beyond, shaping Tenable's broader exposure management strategy and putting you in direct partnership with executive leadership, sales, and engineering leadership across the company.

You Will:

Lead the Product Evolution. Take direct ownership of Tenable's Identity Security and AI Security product teams - deciding, deliberately, where one domain's remit ends and the other begins as the line between "identity" and "agentic AI" keeps blurring for our customers.

Define the Strategy Before the Market Does. Build and pressure-test the hypotheses that will shape how Tenable - and the industry - thinks about agentic and non-human identity risk, then turn that into a roadmap and quarterly execution with engineering.

Own the Narrative at the Top. Represent this strategy to Tenable's most senior leadership, including our CEOs, and to sales, field, and marketing - deciding when to lead with confidence and when to flag risk honestly.

Lead Without Borders. Build the kind of close, high-trust relationship with a distributed team - including a France-based PM - that most leaders only manage by accident of geography.

Reach Beyond This Scope. Take on the cross-functional, company-wide strategic work this platform-level view naturally creates - this role is intentionally bigger than any one product line.

What You'll Need:

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record developing and executing product strategy for B2B SaaS products, including managing managers or a remote/distributed team of product managers.

• Prior experience from a cybersecurity company — a must.

• Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills — able to articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives.

• Experience working with large enterprise customers and global sales and services teams.

And Ideally:

• Domain expertise in Identity or AI Security — including familiarity with IGA, IAM, NHI, or CIEM — a strong plus, not required.

• Experience navigating a strategic pivot or a post-acquisition product integration.

• Willingness to travel periodically to attend conferences, visit remote teams, and engage global stakeholders.
