We’ve been fortunate to call our community plaza home for many years, just outside historic downtown Snohomish.

Our hospital includes:

• Four exam rooms and multiple treatment tables
• Dedicated surgery and radiology suites
• Separate cat and dog wards
• Digital DR radiography with IDEXX consultation and interpretation
• Digital dental radiography and two dental machines
• Ultrasound
• In-house IDEXX laboratory diagnostics, including ProCyte Dx, two Catalyst One analyzers, VetLab UA, SediVue Dx, and two SNAP Pro analyzers
• Reference laboratory support through IDEXX, Antech, Zoetis, and Torigen
• Two anesthesia machines with pulse oximetry, EKG, oscillometric blood pressure, capnography, and temperature monitoring
• Portable Doppler blood pressure and handheld pulse oximetry
• Access to mobile and referral specialists in cardiology, radiology, internal medicine, and oncology

We’re committed to maintaining current technology and regularly evaluate opportunities to invest in equipment and improvements that enhance patient care and support clinical growth. We’re also continuing to make thoughtful updates to our physical space, including planned improvements to an exam room and future lobby updates.

Medicine That’s Personal

Our caseload is typically 10–15 patients per day, allowing our doctors to take the time needed to provide thoughtful, individualized care.

We strive for:

• 30-minute wellness appointments
• 45-minute sick appointments when needed
• Flexible drop-off options

Our approach is centered on preventive medicine, client education, continuity of care, and building relationships that last. We partner with pet owners to create individualized diagnostic and treatment plans that consider not only the best medical recommendations, but also each family’s goals, resources, and circumstances. Our goal is straightforward: excellent medicine delivered with compassion and without losing sight of the people behind every patient.

A Team That Has Your Back

Doctors typically work with two support team members in a combination LVT/assistant model, with an additional float available when needed. We currently have 5 LVTs on staff, and our entire team is committed to continuing education and professional development.

Several team members have completed or are pursuing Fear Free® and RECOVER® CPR certifications, and we maintain a strong culture of continuing education within our AAHA-accredited practice.

Most importantly, we believe in supporting each other. We communicate openly, collaborate on cases, share knowledge, and step in when someone needs a hand. We work hard to create an environment where people feel valued, empowered to learn, and comfortable asking questions.

Mentorship That’s Actually Hands-On

New graduates are welcome! We provide individualized mentorship designed to help new veterinarians build confidence at the right pace, including:

• Longer appointment times
• One-on-one mentorship
• Collaborative case discussions
• Shadowing opportunities
• Individualized surgical training
• Real-time support from experienced doctors
• Regular feedback
• Gradually increasing case and surgical responsibility

Our doctors work closely together, so you’re never expected to figure everything out on your own. Our Chief of Staff is a Certified Veterinary Mentor, and we’re committed to helping new veterinarians develop both clinically and professionally.

Your Schedule

• Our schedule is four days per week, typically 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., with a scheduled one-hour lunch during which appointments are blocked
• You’ll rotate through 1–2 procedure shifts per week, giving you dedicated time to focus on surgical and procedural cases
• We’re currently closed on Saturdays, although our hours may evolve in the future

Full-Time Benefits

• Base salary: $130,000–$150,000, based on experience
• Quarterly production bonus with no negative accrual
