Candidate Profile
You’ll ideally have previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Administration, Customer Service or a similar high-volume environment. Experience making regular inbound or outbound phone calls will be highly regarded, particularly within a larger corporate environment.
You’ll be confident communicating with customers, comfortable having potentially challenging conversations and able to balance a friendly personality with professionalism. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems are important, while experience with Excel, PeopleSoft, Oracle or D365 will be advantageous but is not essential as training will be provided.
Most importantly, you’ll have a strong work ethic, reliable attendance and the resilience to thrive in a busy environment. You’ll enjoy staying busy, be willing to take on challenges and have a genuine interest in learning and developing your skills.
What's on Offer
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team where you’ll gain broad exposure across Accounts Receivable, customer service and administration.
