EOEM EPC & Segment Manager

## What you’ll do:

KA (End User) and EPC development

• Speificying KA and EPC list in focus segment
• Work with sales team together to define account development plan
• Lead the implementation of the account strategy
• Drive the spec in work in KA and EPC account level and project level
• Coordinate with regional sales team to maximize the sales result of KA and EPC
• Track the financial result of KA and EPC

Segment Strategy & Market Development

• Define Segment Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy for the assigned segment, quantifying profitable growth, ranking opportunity pools, and prioritizing target accounts and sub-segments.
• Market Intelligence: Translate market data, customer requirements, and competitive signals into actionable commercial approaches, ensuring alignment with broader business unit priorities.
• Solution Positioning: Drive segment-specific product and solution development by identifying differentiation opportunities, shaping product roadmaps, and validating value propositions for new offerings.
• Channel & Partner Management: Manage and empower the ecosystem of channel partners, panel builders, and distributors within the segment, providing them with the technical and commercial tools required to win in the market.

## Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical automation or relevant major
• 5-10 years of experience in End User/EPC development in focused segment Semiconductor, Energy and Data Center
• Segment Strategy development
• Key account development
