Position Overview: This position supports the Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCORLOGCOM) Secondary Reparable (SECREP) Management Program as a Principal Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Analyst IV. This program provides SECREP supply chain management support to MARCORLOGCOM, including inventory management and strategic logistics analytics. In this role, you will lead process improvement for the SECREP supply chain, run the Enterprise CSM Metrics Scorecard, facilitate the SECREP Working Integrated Product Team (WIPT), and drive Lean Six Sigma improvement across the enterprise.

Anticipated Start Date: January 2027 (contingent upon contract award)
Position Responsibilities:
· Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive Continuous Process Improvement.
· Provide project and change management support to the Government customer.
· Facilitate the SECREP WIPT; brief the Enterprise CSM Metrics Scorecard and its analysis; capture action items in minutes and the CSM POA&M.
· Conduct root-cause investigations and Value Stream Mapping; develop Courses of Action and Plans of Action and Milestones.
· Develop and maintain tools that extract data from Marine Corps systems (APSR, Oracle OBIEE, Master Data Repository, FEDLOG, L-DART, E-START, Navy ERP, Catalyst).
· Use statistical methods (central tendency, variability, forecasting, hypothesis testing) to set metrics targets and optimize supply chain processes.
· Apply DMAIC and PDCA cycles, LEAN waste elimination, root cause analysis, team facilitation, Design of Experiments, organizational change management, and pilot test design.
· Develop briefings and position papers in support of CPI initiatives
Requirements
Position Requirements:
· Master's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Logistics Management, Statistics, or similar)
· Current Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, held for at least 5 consecutive years
· 10+ years leading process improvement efforts across a broad range of logistics assignments
· 5+ years of process improvement work with military wholesale and retail logistics activities in Reparable (Class IX) support
· 5+ years using statistical methods and models to optimize supply chain effectiveness and efficiency
Preferred Skills/Experience:
· Active SECRET clearance
