Overview
Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider, is seeking to hire an exceptional Program/Project Lead to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be a key member of the Global Facilities team, partnering with facilities, security, HR, IT, finance to deliver programs and initiatives that enhance workplace experience, support growth, and drive operational excellence across Rambus locations.
This role is responsible for Program Leadership: Drive end-to-end execution of multiple global facilities programs, including workplace initiatives, office fit-outs and renovations, sustainability programs, and operational excellence programs. The candidate will be reporting to the Director Facilities and this is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Drive end-to-end execution of multiple global facilities programs, including workplace initiatives, office fit-outs and renovations, sustainability programs, and operational excellence programs.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with Facilities, Real Estate, Finance, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define program objectives, success metrics, budgets, and execution roadmaps.
- Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of global facilities projects across office operations, workplace experience, capital improvements, maintenance programs, and space planning.
- Governance & Reporting: Establish program governance frameworks, track KPIs, budgets, timelines, risks, and provide reporting and project updates.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among Facilities, Security, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, landlords and external service providers.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Identify operational and project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with company policies, lease obligations, health & safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Change Management: Support workplace changes, employee transitions, office relocations, hybrid workplace initiatives, and business continuity planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6–8 years of experience in facilities program management, workplace operations or project management.
- Proven experience managing multiple facilities projects and programs across global locations.
- Strong understanding of office operations, workplace services, vendor management, and capital project execution.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and stakeholder communications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience supporting global facilities
- Knowledge of workplace design, occupancy planning, hybrid work strategies, and employee experience programs.
- Familiarity with ESG, sustainability, energy management, and Zero Waste initiatives.
- Understanding of facilities compliance frameworks, business continuity, and risk management practices.
- PMP, Facility Management Professional (FMP, SFM), or similar certification preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams and managing projects across multiple regions.
- Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 is a plus.
