Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.66 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes the ability to navigate software applications, manage emails, and utilize online tools effectively.

• Customer Service Experience (B219)Candidates should possess a background in customer service. This includes experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points at a food and beverage production location, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and follow established entry and exit procedures.
• Screen incoming deliveries and outbound shipments in accordance with site-specific protocols, directing drivers and vendors to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and promptly communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access areas, exterior doors, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
