Senior Enterprise Architect

The Opportunity

This Senior Enterprise Architect role offers an outstanding opportunity to act as a trusted consultant to telecommunications providers. Based in Singapore, you'll support operators, MVNOs, cable, and ISP customers in building, delivering, and adopting outstanding MarTech solutions on the Adobe Experience Cloud stack. You'll contribute hands-on expertise across Adobe solutions and telco domain knowledge to lead complex engagements, translating business goals into architecture tailored to each telco's environment!

What you'll Do

• Serve as the lead telco subject matter expert and in-depth consulting specialist throughout the Adobe Experience Cloud suite.
• Enable and guide customers directly by running discovery and envisioning workshops with business and IT collaborators.
• Convert telco business objectives into tangible experience and data strategies, managing the entire architecture from start to finish.
• Guide data strategy in a telco context, ensuring Adobe solutions fit cleanly into a complex legacy ecosystem.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior collaborators, communicating complex solution topics in business language.
• Mentor delivery consultants and architects.
• Contribute to pre-sales and RFP solutioning, crafting technical proposals and architecture recommendations.
• Define success metrics and benchmarks for each initiative, working with analytics teams to measure impact.
• Bring AI-powered tools and agentic thinking into consulting delivery.

What you need to succeed

• 8+ years in the telecommunications industry with strong consulting or professional services delivery experience.
• A track record as a client-facing consultant who enables and guides customers.
• Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud suite.
• Proven experience with digital channels and customer lifecycle management in telco.
• Understanding of telco data landscapes and related concepts.
• Experience mentoring consultants or architects and contributing to pre-sales or RFP solutioning.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with solution and enterprise architects.
• Excellent consulting fundamentals and clear written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's or equivalent experience, or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.
