N8N Automation Specialist

And we’re looking for a N8N Automation Specialist to start immediately!

 

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Workflow Automation: Developing n8n workflows and administering monday.com (including their APIs).

• Integrations: Connecting OpenAI/AI-agents, Gmail/Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Online.

• Development & Support: Writing JavaScript and/or Python, managing databases, handling webhooks/authentication, and doing error logging/troubleshooting.

• Project Management: Managing outside developers, documenting procedures, testing, and user training.

• Process Improvement: Continuously optimizing their workflows.

Required Tools

• Monday.com

 

Qualifications:

• Technical Background: Experience with APIs, webhooks, and database authentication. They should also know JavaScript and/or Python.

• Systems & Troubleshooting: Ability to handle error logging, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Project Management: Experience managing outside developers, running technology projects, and doing continuous process improvement.

• Documentation & Training: Ability to document procedures, test workflows, and train internal users.

• Schedule: Must be available part-time from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM CST.

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: US work hours (20 hours per week, Part-time)

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱30K/month
