Position Summary: As an Executive Assistant supporting the SVP of Private Brands and VP of Product Development and Packaging, you’ll serve as a trusted partner in a fast-paced organization, helping leaders and teams stay connected, organized and focused on what matters most. This role offers the opportunity to work across functions, support high-impact business initiatives and build relationships with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders. About Member’s Mark: Private Brands is at the heart of creating differentiated products and experiences for Sam’s Club members. The team works across merchandising, sourcing, product development, quality assurance, sensory & insights, suppliers and senior leadership to bring ideas to life and drive the business forward. In this role, you’ll help connect people, priorities and initiatives across the organization while creating structure in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment. What you’ll do:- Partner closely with senior leadership to manage complex calendars, meetings, priorities and domestic and international travel.
- Prepare and organize executive-level meetings, including agendas, presentations, talking points, materials and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including complex itineraries, flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas and other logistics.
- Support cross-functional business initiatives by connecting teams, tracking moving pieces and helping priorities progress.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, technology and process improvements to make the team more efficient and effective.
- Coordinate large-scale meetings, supplier engagements and team events, managing the details and stakeholders required for successful execution.
- Serve as a point of contact for visiting suppliers, global associates and other business partners, helping facilitate connections and create a seamless experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
