Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and build production-grade Agentic AI and LLM-powered systems. The ideal candidate is a strong Python engineer with hands-on experience in RAG, multi-agent architectures, knowledge graphs, and modern agent protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Agentic AI and multi-agent systems using Python.
- Build RAG, GraphRAG, knowledge graph, and ontology-driven AI solutions.
- Develop agent workflows, multi-agent routing, orchestration, delegation, and shared memory.
- Build high-performance AI backends and APIs using FastAPI.
- Design and integrate Neo4j, relational databases, vector databases, and semantic/ontology-based data models and knowledge graphs with Workflows and business rules.
- Develop and integrate MCP servers/clients and A2A protocols.
- Work with Microsoft Agent Framework (MAF) and other modern agentic frameworks.
- Build tool-using agents that interact with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and external services.
- Design reliable, scalable, observable, and production-ready AI architectures.
Required Skills
- Strong Python and backend engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and multi-agent systems.
- Experience with FastAPI and API development.
- Strong knowledge of knowledge graphs, Neo4j, Multi-tenant ontology systems, and semantic data modeling.
- Experience with agent memory, context management, and multi-agent routing.
- Practical understanding of MCP and A2A protocols.
- Experience with Microsoft Agent Framework (MAF) or comparable agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases, relational databases, and modern search/retrieval technologies.
- Strong understanding of production software engineering, scalability, testing, and system design.
Experience
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with significant experience building AI/LLM applications.
- Demonstrated experience delivering production-grade AI or agentic systems.
