Job Title:
(S) Accounts Payable Representative
Overview:
- Compares invoices to purchase orders to determine amount owed.
- Processes check runs and wire transfers.
- Inserts new vendors into the company database.
- Investigates discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders.
- Conducts purchase order process according to company policy.
Typical Functions:
- Ensures all available discounts are taken.
- Ensures cash disbursement type is accurate.
- Works with supervisor to ensure that company requirements are kept.
- Reviews escalated or complex invoices to ensure they are properly handled.
- Processes invoices in a timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED

Work Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Compensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $26.00 per hour depending on experience.
