Little Mama's Italian Kitchen, a renowned Italian restaurant committed to delivering an authentic dining experience, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Busser. The Busser plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and seamless experience.

Busser Daily Responsibilities:

Table Maintenance:

• Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently.
• Ensuring all tabletop items, including flatware, glassware, and napkins, are clean and properly arranged.

Assistance to Servers:

• Supporting servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread, and assisting with any other tasks as needed.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to facilitate smooth service.

Cleaning and Sanitizing:

• Sweeping and mopping floors in the dining area.
• Wiping down surfaces and ensuring cleanliness in common areas.
• Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles regularly.

Guest Interaction:

• Providing friendly and attentive service to guests when needed.
• Responding promptly to guest requests and communicating effectively with the front-of-house team.

Team Collaboration:

• Working closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive and efficient operation.
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure a positive dining experience for guests.

We Are Looking for a Busser Who:

• Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry trays of dishes and bus tubs.
• Stamina to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and bustling restaurant environment.
