Entegris is currently seeking a Business Operations Lead, Specialty Chemicals to join our Specialty Chemicals (SC) team. This position will be based on our Ambler, PA facility. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Managers, Business Development and cross-functional teams across Commercial, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and R&D to drive business performance, operating cadence, and execution rigor across the Business Unit. You will act as a trusted business partner to the VP, General Manager, coordinating the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process, performance tracking, management reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution of key business priorities. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the Specialty Chemicals portfolio and serve as a key source of business insights and performance analytics to the leadership team. This role will also prepare and/or coordinate the non-statutory Management P&L for the Specialty Chemicals business, in close alignment with Finance, translating reported results into business drivers, operational implications, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, analytical rigor, executive communication, and the ability to influence decisions without direct authority while ensuring alignment across functions to deliver business results. What You’ll Do Support and coordinate the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process by consolidating inputs from functional owners, preparing executive-ready materials, tracking actions and decisions, and ensuring clear follow-up while process ownership remains with the respective Demand, Supply, Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Quality leaders. Enable a structured operating cadence linking Forecast, Demand Review, Supply Review, and MBR by coordinating inputs, tracking decisions and actions, and ensuring cross-functional alignment while functional owners remain accountable for their respective processes. Prepare and/or coordinate the non-statutory Management P&L for the Specialty Chemicals business, ensuring alignment with Finance while translating results into business drivers, risks, opportunities, and actions for the leadership team Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) across financial, commercial, operational, and continuous improvement dimensions, including contribution margin, pricing, capacity, productivity, inventory timing, project ROI, and benefit realization. Develop business performance reporting that translates KPI results into clear business drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions for leadership decision-making. Provide clear variance analysis versus AOP, forecast, prior month, and prior year, with actionable insights and recommendations. Partner with Commercial teams to track customer, territory, and regional performance, including revenue gaps, pipeline, wins/losses, qualification progress, and order timing. Support pricing analytics, including price realization, cost pass-through, product/customer mix, and margin impact. Coordinate plant fixed-cost reviews, ensuring visibility to cost drivers, variances, corrective actions, and escalation needs. Monitor operational performance metrics such as capacity, throughput, schedule adherence, quality, productivity, and delivery risks, connecting operational performance to financial and customer impact. Maintain visibility to the Continuous Improvement (CI) and project portfolio, tracking progress, resource allocation, ROI, milestones, risks, and benefit realization. Support development of business cases, project prioritization, capital/resource allocation decisions, and post-completion benefit tracking. Drive cross-functional follow-up by maintaining action logs, decision logs, owners, timelines, and accountability tracking. Lead the leadership operating cadence by preparing executive summaries, decision materials, and action/decision tracking that translate business priorities into clear owners, timelines, metrics, and measurable outcomes. What We Seek Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, FP&A, Commercial Excellence, Manufacturing Finance, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, or similar roles within a manufacturing, specialty chemicals, advanced materials, or technically complex B2B environment. Strong understanding of financial and operational business drivers, including revenue, forecast, AOP, contribution margin, pricing, mix, fixed cost, inventory timing, productivity, quality, and ROI. Experience preparing, coordinating, or analyzing management reporting or business performance reviews in partnership with Finance, with the ability to translate results into business drivers, risks, opportunities, and actions. Proven ability to define, manage, and communicate KPIs that drive business performance, accountability, and execution discipline. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority across Commercial, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, and site teams. Strong analytical skills with experience in variance analysis, data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and executive-ready reporting. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or other BI/dashboard tools preferred. Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex results into clear business messages, risks, decisions, and actions.
