## About The Role

As a Structural Analysis Engineer, you will support product development activities at John Deere in our Research and Development Center based in Indaiatuba/SP, applying Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and simulation tools to evaluate and validate engineering designs. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Analysis & Simulation, Product Design, and Product Verification & Validation, to execute virtual verification plans, support engineering decision-making, and contribute to the development of innovative and reliable products.

## Main Responsabilities

  • Support the execution of Structural Analysis activities using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) methodologies to virtually verify that product designs meet engineering requirements.
  • Perform simulations and analyses to support design validation throughout the product development process.
  • Collaborate closely with Analysis & Simulation, Product Design, and Product Verification & Validation teams to ensure alignment on project priorities and deliverables.
  • Execute Virtual Verification plans to support product development and engineering decision-making.
  • Provide simulation-based insights and recommendations to help achieve design performance and development requirements.
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions through effective application of structural analysis techniques.

## What Skills You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering field, such as Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in Finite Element Method (FEM), structural analysis, and engineering simulations.Solid understanding of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals, including Mechanics of Materials, Statics, Dynamics, and related disciplines.
  • Knowledge of Finite Element Method (FEM) and other numerical analysis techniques.
  • Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, such as Creo, SolidWorks, NX, or similar engineering tools.
  • Advanced or Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment.

## Whats Makes You Stand Out

  • Working experience on FEA using ANSYS or Altair Suite.
  • Agriculture field experience.
  • MSc. in Structural Mechanics.
