Requirements

• DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
• Current, valid CT dental license
• Current malpractice liability insurance
• CPR and DEA certificates, as required by the State of Connecticut

Available to work the following hours: 

• Monday 8 AM - 5 PM 9 (New Haven)
• Tuesday 8 AM - 5 PM (Branford)
• Tuesday 8 AM - 5 PM (Branford)
