How you will make an impact:
Serve as a key operational partner to the Talent Acquisition COE team by coordinating and scheduling interviews throughout the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business units and functions globally, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams.
Provide administrative and logistical support for recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, travel arrangements, and coordination of recruitment-related events and assessments.
Manage and support the recruitment reimbursement process by coordinating, tracking, and reporting candidate-related expenses, including travel, transportation, lodging, meals, and other approved recruitment costs, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies.
Monitor recruiting activities and interview schedules to ensure timely completion of hiring process milestones, escalating scheduling conflicts or operational challenges as needed.
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and external vendors to facilitate efficient recruitment operations and maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
Perform HR Solutions tasks with increased complexity under general supervision.
What are we looking for (Required):
High School Diploma and 2 years of experience in Human Resources Administration.
What else are we looking for (Preferred):
Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition operations.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience managing HR data and maintaining data accuracy within HR systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to support stakeholders across multiple countries, regions, and time zones.
Knowledge of HR Solutions processes and case management tools (ServiceNow preferred).
Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement process enhancements.
