Overview

We are hiring an Associate Strategy Director to join Adobe.pub, a specialist team built to power Adobe’s marketing ambitions across EMEA. This is an opportunity to shape how one of the world’s most recognised technology brands approaches communications strategy, helping unlock new opportunities for growth across a diverse product portfolio. Working alongside senior client and strategy leaders, you’ll influence strategic direction, elevate planning excellence, and help create impactful, audience-focused marketing solutions. Responsibilities

• Partner with the EMEA Strategy Lead to develop long-term growth frameworks that support sustainable business success.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen marketing effectiveness through strategic planning, audience insight and innovative thinking.
• Support client teams in applying value-based and audience-led approaches across multiple markets and business areas.
• Deliver clear, consistent and high-quality strategic outputs that raise planning standards across teams.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges and growth priorities.
• Lead strategic responses to client briefs, ensuring recommendations are grounded in data, insight and commercial impact.
• Champion best practices in communications planning, helping teams build scalable approaches that deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in communications planning with exposure to complex, multi-market or global campaigns.
• Deep understanding of audience-first strategy, integrated channel planning and modern marketing ecosystems.
• Ability to turn complex business challenges into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Confidence building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders at different levels.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to bring diverse teams together around a shared vision.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies, innovation and evolving consumer behaviour.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, learning and delivering meaningful results.
