Job Description Summary:
This role will support the Human Capital Manager (HCM) Service Delivery team as a subject matter expert for restructures, Workday Core HCM processes, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) mass loads, and related HCM service delivery activities. Participate in process improvement initiatives from concept through implementation, serving as a key point of contact for new reorganizations and restructure-related activities. Build strong partnerships with HR, Finance, PS service lines, and HCM Operations stakeholders to improve Workday processes, strengthen data accuracy, and enhance service delivery performance. Analyze HR data, processes, and systems to identify improvement opportunities and support action plans that improve productivity, operational effectiveness, and the employee experience. The Consultant, HCM Org Design & Service Delivery balances defined process ownership with hands-on delivery support by coordinating key milestones for restructures activities, supporting HCM and Security Operations delivery needs, creating and managing content through Nexthink and Connect, and contributing to data governance exercises.
What You’ll Do for Us
Support process ownership and delivery for reorganization, activities. Partner with PS service lines and HR teams to execute restructures activities, coordinate milestones, support governance discussions with HR and Finance, and help ensure Workday data is accurate, complete, and aligned to the operating structure.
Act as a process lead for Workday data quality and HCM processes. Provide consultative support to the HCM Operations team on complex cases, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) mass loads, and restructures. Analyze HR data and processes to identify improvement opportunities, define actions, and track progress against agreed service metrics. Partner with Operations and PS service lines to maintain Workday data accuracy.
Support continuous improvement across Workday and HCM Operations. Evaluate business processes, identify needs, and contribute to practical solutions that improve service delivery, strengthen operational effectiveness, and enhance the employee and stakeholder experience.
Functional Skills: Practical experience with as many of the following as possible:
Knowledge and experience in Workday Core HCM business processes and EIBs (Mass Load)
Knowledge and experience in restructure delivery and project management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong problem solving, creative thinking, strategic decision making, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
Qualifications & Requirements Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
3-6 years of hands-on Workday Core HCM experience
