YOUR DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Customer Service Representative, you're the friendly face and warm voice our clients rely on. Each day, you deftly handle incoming calls, effortlessly navigate charts, and provide stellar communication to pet owners, helping them schedule appointments and address their furry companions' needs. Your multitasking skills are essential as you maintain a harmonious flow of administrative tasks, all while sharing a smile with every client that walks through the door. Each day brings new challenges and heartwarming moments, and you love being such an essential member of our team!
QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive in this role, you should possess great organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. The ability to remain calm under pressure will also help you excel in our fast-paced environment. WORK SCHEDULE
Your workweek will consist of four days, from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, and alternate Saturdays, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
