Job Description:

The GIS Lab Senior Solution Engineer serves as a strategic technology leader responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling advanced infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and emerging technology solutions that enable business innovation and enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver secure, scalable technology solutions supporting business, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and engineering objectives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Build and manage environments supporting AI research, model validation, automation, and experimentation.
• Drive infrastructure modernization, automation, resiliency, and operational efficiency.
• Support cybersecurity capabilities including threat research, attack simulation, and security testing.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in technology engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, or related disciplines.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization, networking, storage, operating systems, cloud platforms, and infrastructure.
• Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure architecture design.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• AWS, Azure, VMware, CISSP, CCNP, or similar certifications.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, and AI governance.
• Experience supporting threat hunting, cyber research, red team, or advanced cybersecurity programs.
• Expertise with enterprise networking, virtualization, and infrastructure automation.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$151,200.00 - $193,600.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
