About Parameta Solutions
Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.
Role Overview
As a key member of the Marketing team, you will play a central role in driving and optimising our marketing operations, systems and reporting. Working closely with the wider Marketing team, you will take ownership of HubSpot administration, support the ongoing integration between HubSpot and Salesforce, maintain and enhance marketing processes and documentation, and deliver valuable reporting and insights that help inform data-driven decision making across the business.
The role combines marketing operations, CRM administration, campaign execution and digital support responsibilities. You will play a critical role in ensuring marketing systems operate efficiently, data is maintained to a high standard, and campaigns are executed effectively across multiple channels.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in HubSpot and marketing operations who is looking to further develop their expertise in CRM management, marketing automation, reporting and digital marketing within a global B2B organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & HubSpot Administration
Support the day-to-day administration, maintenance and optimisation of HubSpot.
Build and maintain workflows, forms, landing pages, email templates and automation programmes.
Ensure marketing processes are documented, maintained and followed consistently.
Support data governance activities including list management, contact management and database hygiene.
Assist with user management, permissions and troubleshooting across marketing systems.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and process enhancements.
Salesforce & CRM Operations
Work closely with Marketing and Sales Operations teams to ensure HubSpot and Salesforce remain aligned.
Support the implementation of processes, workflows and improvements across both platforms.
Monitor integrations and investigate data quality or synchronisation issues.
Support lead management processes, routing rules, campaign attribution and lifecycle management.
Maintain documentation relating to CRM processes and data management practices.
Reporting & Analytics
Produce monthly marketing performance reports and dashboard updates.
Monitor campaign performance, lead generation and marketing contribution metrics.
Support reporting across HubSpot and Salesforce to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting sources.
Assist with marketing ROI and campaign performance analysis.
Campaign Operations
Create and deploy email marketing campaigns in HubSpot.
Build landing pages, forms and supporting campaign assets.
Support webinar, event and content marketing programmes through campaign execution.
Manage campaign tracking and reporting to ensure performance can be measured effectively.
Work with marketing stakeholders to implement campaign requirements and best practices.
Website & Digital Support
Maintain and update website content through WordPress and associated platforms.
Upload new pages, blogs, forms and downloadable assets.
Support website enhancements, testing and troubleshooting.
Liaise with external agencies and internal stakeholders regarding website updates and improvements.
Help ensure website content remains accurate, compliant and aligned with brand guidelines.
Marketing Team Support
Support lead capture and follow-up activities for events and campaigns.
Assist with vendor onboarding, purchase orders and budget tracking.
Provide operational support across wider marketing initiatives and projects.
Experience / Competencies
Essential
Hands-on experience administering HubSpot.
Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Understanding of marketing automation, lead management and campaign operations.
Experience creating reports and dashboards.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience using WordPress or similar content management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Desired
HubSpot certifications.
Experience supporting CRM integrations and data management activities.
Experience in B2B marketing or financial services.
Familiarity with marketing attribution and pipeline reporting.
Basic understanding of SEO and website best practices.
Experience documenting and improving business processes.
Ability to build strong relationships across marketing, sales and operations functions.
