YOUR ROLE
As a key member of the IT team, the technical leader is responsible for business team support to understand the business and provide technical feasibility and effort estimation, provide proactive feedback to help business team to make better decision. Lead the developers to do software architecture design/review, do coding and code review to make sure the platform/APP is always with high quality insight. Do live support to support daily business operation, support and take part in the troubleshooting and bug fixing.
The main responsibilities are:
- Manage and measure the impact of your team and set clear expectations and goals
- Collaborate with various functions, and drive developing initiatives
- Guide developing technical strategy and roadmaps
- Design, build and optimize Edenred Taiwan products and services
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Participate in requirements analysis
- Test and deploy applications and systems
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Conduct code reviews and unit tests to deliver high-quality code
YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications :
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software design and development with C# .NET Framework or .NET Core, and MSSQL
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management, with minimum experience of 1.5 years
- Familiarity with design/architectural patterns (e.g. MVC)
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
- Fluent in version control git & git-flow
- Experience of Agile methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- DevOps experience/understanding/interest a strong plus
- Clear communication - both written and verbal Mandarin fluency is a key requirement for this role.
- Passion for delighting customers, curiousity for learning new skills
Pefererred qualifications:
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices
- Flutter / Android / iOS mobile development experience
- Experience integrating AI into SDLC practices
- English and Mandarin fluency
