Do you enjoy working with numbers, solving problems, and helping a business make smart financial decisions? As a Treasury Analyst II, you'll play a critical role in managing company cash flow, banking relationships, investments, and payment operations. You'll partner with teams across the business, support key financial processes, and help ensure the company has the liquidity and financial controls needed to keep things running smoothly.

*This is an on-site position working a hybrid schedule (minimum 4 days per week in office) at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, Kentucky.
Your Recipe for Success
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of related professional experience
1-2 years of accounting experience preferred
Banking or treasury experience is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with Microsoft D365 preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills
What's On Your Plate
Monitor and report daily cash balances and liquidity across multiple bank accounts
Maintain rolling cash forecasts and analyze cash flow trends to support business decisions
Process ACH payments, wire transfers, debit permissions, merchant refunds, and other treasury transactions
Serve as a key contact for banking partners and internal stakeholders
Prepare and record treasury-related journal entries, accruals, and supporting documentation
Support month-end close activities and treasury account reconciliations
Manage chargeback research, dispute resolution, and payment processing requests
Evaluate short-term investment opportunities and support investment activity reporting
Process debt payments, note transactions, and related accounting entries
Assist with franchise banking reporting and analysis
Ensure compliance with treasury policies, banking procedures, and internal controls
Partner with accounting, operations, and other departments to resolve financial transaction issues
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, automation, and operational efficiency
Support audits, special projects, and treasury initiatives while delivering legendary customer service
