- Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence, including eligibility rules, calculations, schedules, and business processes.
- Troubleshoot system issues and partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve them.
- Support system releases, enhancements, testing, and implementation activities.
- Maintain system documentation, procedures, and configuration records.
- Ensure compliance with U.S., Canada, and Mexico wage and employment laws.
- Partner with Payroll to support time off plans, earnings code mapping, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate and reliable workforce data across HR systems.
- Perform audits, reconciliations, data corrections, and mass data updates.
- Support SOX controls and compliance requirements.
- Monitor data quality and ensure adherence to governance standards.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR and business decision-making.
- Analyze workforce data and provide actionable insights.
- Validate reporting accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Support payroll audit and reconciliation reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and system enhancements.
- Gather requirements and recommend scalable HR technology solutions.
- Participate in system implementations, integrations, and optimization initiatives.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and change management efforts.
- Train and support users on Workday functionality and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of HRIS, timekeeping, payroll, or HR technology experience, preferably within a multinational organization.
- Experience supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence.
- Experience with Workday reporting, business process configuration, and security administration.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting payroll, benefits, recruiting, and talent management processes.
- Experience with Workday implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
- Workday certification(s).
- Experience in a SOX-compliant or publicly traded environment.
- Ability to travel up to 5%.
- Strong understanding of HR systems, data governance, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective project coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to improve HR operations.
