The position demands continuous communication and collaboration to ensure a seamless and dependable transition of data, while maintaining alignment with project goals and timelines. The Data Migration Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the migration process forward, ensuring all aspects are meticulously managed and executed.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement migration plans that align with organizational objectives and project requirements.
- Monitor progress and quality of data migration activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to address challenges and optimize migration outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience in designing and managing large-scale data migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data validation techniques.
- Ability to develop and enforce migration controls and risk mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms and integration tools related to Snowflake.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on ensuring data integrity and consistency.
