Ocean Export Specialist
Location: Long Beach, CA
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $23.50/hour
We are hiring an experienced Ocean Export Specialist to manage international shipments directly from our Long Beach hub.
Say goodbye to slow, off-the-shelf systems like CargoWise. We run on our own custom-built, proprietary global software designed specifically to eliminate friction and streamline worldwide freight operations.
Key Responsibilities

Execute Exports: Manage end-to-end ocean export bookings, routing, and cargo tracking.

Handle Documentation: Prepare and verify Bills of Lading, AES filings, and export compliance documents.

Coordinate Operations: Work directly with ocean carriers, truckers, and global agents to keep cargo moving without delay.

Master Proprietary Tech: Learn and utilize our in-house custom software to manage all international shipments.
Requirements

2+ years of experience processing ocean export shipments.

Must have prior experience working for a major freight forwarder.

Willingness to learn our custom, proprietary software.

Strong knowledge of maritime export regulations, documentation, and carrier procedures.

Sharp attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
