Position Overview

The JP McHale Router will handle the efficient routing of Pest Technicians’ daily scheduled jobs for their dedicated Branch location. They ensure the operations team’s daily communications between the customer, technicians, and other departments is effective. Works daily with customer service and operations teams to increase routing efficiencies. Serve as subject matter expert on PestPac routing.

Essential Job Functions and Duties

• Ability to provide exceptional service by organizing routes efficiently based on the location of the Technician Service jobs.
• Making a large volume of calls to internal and external customers.
• Provides excellent customer service by confirming appointments for same day and next day pest services.
• Efficiently routing jobs by utilizing knowledge of the geographic area(s) and Company systems.
• Adapt to last minute schedule changes, inputting emergency and prescheduled jobs in real time.
• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Communicates with Branch Managers, Supervisors, and Contact Center Manager as needed to maximize efficiencies and resolve issues.
• Completes work order summary reports and other record keeping schedules.
• Independently prioritizing jobs as required.
• Maintain proficiency in all organizational safe working policies and practices.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Experience, Education, and Skills Required

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong problem solving and solution identification.
• Ability to collaborate with all departments and employees within the organization.
