Lucas & Wood Counties, OH | Full-Time
Coordinate Care. Support Individuals. Lead with Purpose. The Epilepsy Center of Northwest Ohio is seeking a compassionate and organized Health Services Coordinator to oversee healthcare services for individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and waiver programs.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate medical appointments, follow-up care, and healthcare services
- Manage medications, MAR reviews, refills, and pharmacy communication
- Provide staff training and coaching
- Monitor health concerns and ensure compliance with physician orders
- Conduct medication audits and quality assurance reviews
- Communicate with physicians, guardians, and residential teams
- Participate in an on-call rotation
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Healthcare, developmental disabilities, or human services experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
