What the job is …

Satair, an Airbus Services Company located in Copenhagen, is currently looking for a Student Assistant (in average 15- 20 hours per week - flexible considering your study schedule) to join our People Denmark team. 

As our new Student Assistant, you will be part of a small, dynamic and international team, where you will have the opportunity to make a difference.The team works with all HR-related topics of our Copenhagen based employees, from onboarding to offboarding. 

The start date is flexible, but we would like to have you in the team as soon as possible. The position will be located in our Headquarters in Ørestad. 

These are the most important tasks in the role, supporting the People team in their daily business

• Onboard new employees, using different HR tools 
• Ensure data accuracy in our tools
• Assist in payroll-related activities
• Support with the administration of our time-registration tool
• Help with administrative recruitment tasks
• Be part of improvement initiatives
• Provide ad hoc support to our employees

Together with your colleagues in the CPH team, you will ensure that the organization is provided with the best and most professional support and positive experience when they drop into our office or reach out to us.

How you will contribute to the team

You are enrolled as a student in general administration, HR or equivalent. You are experienced in either Google Suite or Microsoft Office and you are comfortable in working with gSheet / Excel spreadsheets. Prior experience in working with HR tools and data would be a plus. 

You are structured and analytical and you speak English fluently. 

You are an independent teamplayer and ready to assist where needed.
