Careers that change lives start here. Medtronic is a global leader in healthcare technology with a Mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life. Our 95,000 employees work across more than 150 countries to put patients first — developing innovative medical technologies that improve the lives of 72+ million patients each year. Your unique talents will help shape the future of healthcare while building a career grounded in purpose, growth, and impact.

A Day in the Life

The Senior BP Program Manager is responsible for leading a portfolio of complex, cross-functional capacity expansion and manufacturing transformation initiatives supporting Medtronic's Cardiovascular and Neuroscience businesses. This role serves as the primary program leadership interface between Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Unit stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic capital investments, capacity expansion programs, technology transfers, and manufacturing readiness activities.

The successful candidate will drive large-scale programs from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment to business growth strategies, operational excellence objectives, and financial commitments while mitigating risks to supply continuity and product availability. If you’re motivated by complex challenges, energized by innovation, and passionate about making a meaningful impact, this is your opportunity to help shape the next generation of life changing medical technology. At Medtronic Energy & Component Center, your work will influence the future of healthcare and improve patients’ lives every single second. We invite you to join our team and leave your mark on a healthier world.

At Medtronic, we bring bold ideas forward with speed and decisiveness to put patients first in everything we do. In-person exchanges are invaluable to our work. We’re working 5 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.
