Who we are looking for You will be part of the Client Implementation Team that is responsible for set-up/change/termination of new and existing clients on various internal systems based on instructions received from regional business teams. This includes setting up of funds on APM, Accounting Systems (Portia, RKS & PRKS) etc. You will help provide solutions and execute implementation of business requirements to ensure the readiness, integrity and quality of the data required in these interfaces to achieve client, business and regulatory needs. Individual Responsibilities & Tasks Include:
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, account implementation, and fund launch activities for separate accounts and commingled funds.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks in line with Service Level Expectations (SLEs).
- Maintain client hierarchy, relationship, funding, and reference data, proactively identifying and resolving data gaps.
- Partner with Relationship Managers (RMs), Project Managers (PMs), Clients, Custodians, and global teams to gather and validate client requirements.
- Manage client and account setups across systems including APM, Bloomberg, RKS, and PORTIA.
- Support fund NAV maintenance and broker access requirements.
- Ensure adherence to operational controls, procedures, and risk management standards.
- Resolve onboarding and implementation issues, escalating risks and exceptions appropriately.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, and digital solutions to enhance productivity, reporting, and data quality.
- Mentor team members, promote knowledge sharing, and support continuous learning and development.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to deliver a seamless client onboarding experience.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- 5-6 years of investment management and investment operations experience.
- Strong investment industry knowledge with a continuous learning mindset.
- Experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, and digital automation solutions to drive productivity and process improvements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
