Who You Are

Required Skills
 

Leadership

- Excellent English communication skill to handle meetings with clients, partners and co-workers

- Strong leadership skills, ability to coordinate team's activities and provide technical directions.

- Deep experience with ITSM processes, including Change Management processes.

Techical Background as a z/OS System Programmer

Experience on z/OS System Programmer role:

• Install, Upgrade and Apply maintenance to z/OS Operating System and multi-vendor ISV Products
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues on the Mainframe z/OS Operating System and multi-vendor Products

• Lead projects to Implement new solutions on the z/OS Operating System and ISV Products

• Availability for on-call shifts and different time zones
